Troubleshooting Curt T-Connector Working with 2014 Honda Odyssey

Question:

I purchased Curt wiring harnesses. I am pretty sure there is an issue with the module. The ground is good and all the fuses are good. I tested with a multimeter at the pins. Do you have recommendations how to test if it is the module and how to get it replaced if it is? Thanks!

The best way to determine if the module on your Curt T-Connector # C56378 for your 2014 Honda Odyssey is bad is to use a circuit tester like part # PTW2979 to check the wiring on the input side of the module and then the output side of the module.

If you have power going in but not coming out then it's the module. If you have power coming in and going out then the problem is somewhere from the module to the connector. If you don't have power coming in to the module then something is wrong from the vehicle connector to the module.

Let me know what you find and I can help you figure out the next step from there. If it is a warranty thing then you'll want to speak with the place that you bought it from (in your case it would be use) to figure out what to do about the warranty.
