Parts Needed to Upgrade 4-Way of 2012 Nissan Xterra to a 7-Way

I bought the 4 pin harness for my car and now want to upgrade to a 7 pin. Are the relays the same? Or do I need a new relay setup as well? I bought: Item # C56225 I want to upgrade using: Item # 118282. Will this work without new relays?

Since you already have all of the needed relays from the # C56225 to upgrade to a 7-way all you need is the # 118282 and you'd be set!
