B and W does have a turnoverball gooseneck hitch that fits your 2010 Dodge Ram 3500 long bed with the part # BWGNRK1308 but the part number you mentioned does not fit.

The # BWGNRK1308 does come with everything needed to install on your truck. I attached an install video for this on a similar Ram as yours as well.

At one point the B and W Turnoverball gooseneck part #BWGNRK1308 didn't fit the diesel engine trucks but it's been updated so now it fits both engine styles. I attached an install video for this kit for you to check out as well.
