Gooseneck Hitch Recommendation for a 2013 Ram 2500
Question:
I have a 2013 Dodge diesel 2500. I want a hide away, but i dont know what my best option is. Im not so much worried about the price difference between the BandW, and the Draw Tite. I am more concerned on the installation part of it. Im going to install it myself so i want what is going to be easiest for me. I will have some help, but im not paying a shop that much money to do it for me. I like that the Draw Tite has a smaller hole in the bed compared to the BandW, but im not really sure about it CLAMPING onto my frame. I just feel like the BandW would be alot tighter and more secure, but im not positive. Like I said I dont like that BandW has a half inch bigger hole, but i just want what is easiest and simplest to install. Thanks i really appreciat it.

Both the Draw Tite Hitch # 9464-57 and the B and W hitch # BWGNRK1313 that are confirmed for your 2013 Ram 2500 would be an excellent choice. The U-bolt install of the # 9464-57 would make the install simpler than having to fishwire installation bolts like the B and W. The U-bolts will be very secure as well.
Since you mentioned twice that you did not like the idea of cutting a bigger hole in the bed I believe the # 9464-57 would be the better choice for you as well.
