Recommnded Trailer Hitch for Swing-Away Bike Rack On a 2011 Toyota RAV4

Hello, My car is 2011 Rav4 base. I need a hitch for car to hold this 9031XT rack and a hitch lock to protect this rack. Please provide a link the parts. Thanks.

The eTrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver part # e98864 is what I recommend you use on a 2011 Toyota RAV4 to carry a Thule hitch mounted bike rack such as the Thule Vertex Swing-Away part 9031XT. I took a look at the clearances needed for the Thule Vertex Swing-Away and the eTrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver will give you space between the rear spare tire so there won't be any issues. The eTrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver is a bolt-on option that is super easy to install as there are actually only four bolts in total that need to be inserted so install time should be around 30 minutes. I have attached an install video for you as well.
In order to lock the Thule Vertex to the trailer hitch you need the Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock and Anti-Rattle Device part # THSTL2.
