How do Lippert Components 5th Wheel RV Landing Gear Foot Pads Install

Foot pad installation. Does the o rings go on the top of the plate or on the bottom by the bolt head

The Lippert Components 5th Wheel RV Landing Gear Foot Pad # LC314667 you referenced will just use your existing foot pad's pin to install. Please keep in mind your current foot pad would need to attach with a 7/16" bolt in order for this Lippert pad to work. I'm not 100% sure what you are referring to in regards to o-rings, however.
