Are you sure that 2-1/2" green line is not actually 2-1/4"?? That seems to make more sense with a 4-1/2" And I think it fits my lippert jack holes better

@David I went and double checked this and yes you are correct it is 2-1/4" for the green line. I will get that drawing edited. Sorry for any confusion.
