EcoHitch Invisi Trailer Hitch Vs. Draw-Tite Class I Sportframe For 2019 Subaru WRX STI
Question:
Hello, I was wondering how much does the ecohitch invisi trailer hitch receiver class 3-2inch for a 2019 subaru WRX STI actually weigh by itself? And how does it compare to the smaller and larger options? Thank you in advance

The EcoHitch Invisi Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 306-X7257 weighs about 30 lbs. The good thing is the weight of the hitch itself does not count towards any weight capacities of your vehicle because it is attached to the frame. I have attached an installation video for your reference.
I recommend the EcoHitch because of it's 2" hitch receiver which is much more versatile when it comes to accessories like bike racks and cargo carriers. There are much more options for bike racks available with a 2" shank. It is also a concealed cross tube design so the only part of the hitch that is visible once installed is the 2" receiver through the rear panel for a nice clean OEM look.
The Draw-Tite Class I Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 24968 weighs about 20 lbs and has a visible cross tube. This will give you a 1-1/4" hitch receiver. I have attached an installation video of this as well.
