I've linked you to the available hitch part numbers for your 2012 Sienna.
May I make a Recommendation? I'd personally choose a Class III hitch like the Curt part # C13343. 2 Inch Class III hitches have a much better selection of hitch mounted accessories available than the smaller 1-1/4 inch Class II hitches do. The game changer about the # C13343 is that it uses a concealed cross tube, which means that the only portion of the hitch that's visible is the receiver tube and the safety chain hoops. It's much more visually appealing than the usual appearance like what you'd get with the # C13105 with the entire hitch fully exposed. I've provided install photos showing what each hitch looks like once installed.
If you'll be using the hitch for towing, you'll also need a wiring harness like # 118498, a ball mount in the rise position like # 40346, a # PC3 hitch pin and # 19260 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch hitch ball.
I've linked to install videos for the hitch and the trailer wiring harness.
