The Curt # C16140 A20 fifth wheel hitch you'd looked at is indeed compatible with the industry standard bed rails provided by the Ram factory bracket shown in the photo you provided. The slots shown on your adapter should measure about 22 inches fore/aft center to center. The innermost slots should measure about 20-1/2 inches apart center to center measured laterally and the outermost slots should be 29 inches apart measured laterally center to center.
