How much tongue weight exerted on hitch when using a tow dolly

There isn't really any tongue weight on the coupler of a tow dolly like the Roadmaster Tow Dolly # RM-2050-1 since all of the vehicle's weight is over the dolly axle and is centered. You'd basically just have the weight of the dolly plus the vehicle behind the tow vehicle without any tongue weight.

Yes I checked the owners manual of your 2020 Honda Accord and it can be towed on a dolly like the Demco X part #DM9713093 that you referenced.
