We do have a dual hitch receiver adapter that will allow you to use your tow dolly while also carrying your bike rack. The only thing you need to know is the amount of rise or drop you'll need, which will allow you to choose the right one. To determine this, just measure from the ground to the top of your motorhome's receiver, and then measure from the ground to the bottom of your dolly's coupler, and the difference you get is the rise or drop you'll require.

If your motorhome's hitch height is greater, you'll need drop, if the coupler is higher you'll need rise. From there you can choose the correct adapter, and what you can use is the Roadmaster dual adapter; these are for use with either flat towing or a tow dolly, you just want to ensure the tongue weight is less than 400 lbs. Your options are the following:

- 2-1/4" Drop/Rise: Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter # RM-077-2

- 4" Drop/Rise: Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter # RM-077-4

- 6" Drop/Rise: Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter # RM-077-6

- 8" Drop/Rise: Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter # RM-077-8

- 10" Drop/Rise: Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter # RM-077-10

To secure the adapter to your motorhome's hitch, you will also need the Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitches # e98880.

I have added a link below to a video review for you to check out as well if you'd like.
