In regards to the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 76145 which is a confirmed fit for a 2018 Chrysler 300 (All Models), the mounting holes are about 41" apart on center which I think is what you are asking for. If not, please just let me know but I have also attached a dimensional drawing for you as well.
