All trailer hitches that fit your 1989 Ford F-350 are going to require drilling, and I also wanted to note that the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch # 41952 will not fit your truck; it is designed to fit mid-2010's Ram 3500-5500 cab and chassis.

All trailer hitches that do fir your '89 F-350 are going to require drilling, and for a hitch that fits your F-350, a heavy-duty option similar to the one you referenced is going to be from B&W, and will depend on if your '89 F-350 pick-up has a standard or step bumper, or if it has a deep drop bumper. The fits are:

- 1989 Ford F-350 with Standard or Step Bumper: B&W Heavy-Duty Trailer Hitch Receiver - Class V # BWHDRH25122

- 1989 Ford F-350 with Deepdrop Bumper: B&W Heavy-Duty Trailer Hitch Receiver - Class V # BWHDRH25198

Both of these hitches have a 2" receiver, 16,000 lb towing capacity and 1,600 lb tongue weight capacity. I have added links to the instruction manuals as well as links to video installs of both hitches on similar trucks for you to take a look at.
