Hitch Recommendation for a 2006 Ford F-350 Cab and Chassis with Utility Bed

Question:

I need a receiver hitch to fit a 2006 f350 custom utility truck, the rear of the truck frame isnt the same as where most product specs have the hitch bolt on holes so its going to have to be a custom mount project for me. the rear frame is 34inch outside to outside and I need 6-1/4inch down distance to clear the custom rear bumper. Is there any way you can match a product to these dimensions? If you need more specific measurements let me know. Thank you for your time!

Since your truck frame is 34 inches from outside to outside that means that it originally was a cab and chassis truck. I have a solution for you, but it will require you drill some holes in the frame.

The Curt hitch part # C15400 has a drop of 6-1/4 inches from the mounting surface, but since it was designed to bolt up to a Chevy truck the install holes won't match up. But you can easily drill new ones to match the hitch. The mounting holes are

Rear most mounting holes are 30.12 inches
Middle and forward most mounting holes are 30.31 inches and the over length of the hitch is 33.63 inches.
