Each Draw-Tite trailer hitch receiver undergoes extensive fatigue testing and static testing with the ball mount that is either supplied or recommended for use with that particular hitch, thus ensuring results that are applicable to real-life use. Fatigue testing is also conducted on hitches rated for use with weight-distribution systems.

2021 Ram 1500
Exactly what I needed for my school bus. All other hitches were not going to fit. Going with a class V was a better option.now I don't need to worry about anything I may tow.

Hitch is quality but packaging was terrible hitch was not wrapped up was hanging out of the box when delivered paint all chipped off on all the corners.

The shipping/packing could be a lot better. Half the hitch was hanging out of the box.

2021 Ram 4500
Package arrived quickly. Looked like it was thrown down a flight of stairs. Theres no packing material in the box. Just a huge box for a piece that's half the volume sliding around inside, making holes in the box. The edges were all messed up, but it's literally just a chunk of steel, so whatever. Whomever put the brand stickers on it must have been blind. They're hanging half way off and crooked. Fairly sure etrailer had nothing to do with that part, so a decent review for them, besides the packing material issue.

Great customer service, Great product.... Installation was alot more intensive then advertised.5 hours and $50 in drill bits. And yes I know how to drill metal, I was using lubricant and cooling bit ever 10-20seconds. Still was a nightmare. Not the 1st reciever I've installed.... Definitely the most difficult
