Front Hitch for 2004 Jeep Wrangler that Installs Under Front Bumper

Yes I just got my hitch today but I dont have a stock bumper so it wont work on the top of the bumpers .so I was wondering if there any way to but it under the jeep 2004 tj thanks

For your 2004 Jeep Wrangler TJ we have a front hitch that's designed to fit underneath the front bumper with the Curt # C31028 which would be your best option, but there isn't a way to mount a # 31408 on top of the bumper that you have.
