Is There a Way to Cushion Bounce in RV Camper that has Torsion Spring Suspension

Question:

I have a 26 foot mini lite rockwood. I also just bought a 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500. I have a lot of bounce in the rv. How do I stop this

Since your 26 foot Mini Lite Rockwood has torsion springs we don't have a shock kit for the trailer we can recommend to cushion the ride of it but we do offer a cushioned ball mount option that will prevent a lot of the bounce from the trailer transferring to the tow vehicle. The Gen-Y Torsion 2 Ball Mount # 325-GH-1024 would work great for this. It has torsion springs built into the ball mount which allow the vertical bounce that would get transferred on the tongue weight of the trailer to be cushioned. These also have the added benefit of helping with fuel mileage as well.
