I took a look at the install instructions for the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver part # C11202 for your 2010 Nissan Cube. Based on this, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver looks to be an easy enough install because you only have to remove one of the rubber exhaust isolators and you don't have to lower the spare tire. According to Curt, the install should take a novice around 60 minutes to complete.
The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver has a 200 lb tongue weight capacity therefore so long as the vehicle has a tongue weight capacity that meets or exceeds the weight of your trike+carrier, you will not have any weight issues. You will also need a stabilizer strap like # 18050 to support the load and preserve the warranty of the hitch.
