Brake Controller Voltage on 2013 Ford F-350
Question:
2013 f350 brake controller If controller is working properly What voltage should I be getting at the cable connector?

Expert Reply:
If the controller is working properly, you should be getting 12V at the black power wire going into your brake controller and 12V output on the blue wire when you fully engage the manual override on your controller with the gain turned up.
If you want the correct wiring harness for your truck it will be # 3034-P which will work with any Tekonsha, Reese, or Draw-Tite Brake Controller. If you have the factory 7-way this is all you need, but if you only have the factory 4-way then you will also need 7-way adapter # 37185 and some wire # 10-2-1 to connect to the 12V Red or Orange wire and the blue brake output wire found on the drivers side rear frame rail.
