For your 2009 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with a factory 4-way trailer wiring harness the Pollak 7-Way and 4-Way part # HM40975-11933 that you referenced would be exactly what you'd need. This will replace the 4-way you have now and give you a 4-way and 7-way.
