We do carry what you need, the Lippert Components Service Motor Kit for Kwikee Revolution Steps # LC380073 which is an assembly with a motor and a gearbox and will work with a Lippert Kwikee Revolution Power Step such as # LC3725791.

Thanks for the picture! Based on that I was able to determine that the kit you need is the part #LC380073. The cog or gear you mentioned is not available separately so this would be only way to fix your steps.
