The best option for your 2004 Ford F-350 with lift and desired gooseneck hitch if you don't want the specific B&W Turnoverball option is the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted - Rear Axle # F2550. You will then use the Lift Spacers for Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - 1-1/2" Spacers - Qty 2 # F2536. I spoke to my tech contact at Firestone and this will only work if the tab for the Jounce Stop is in the factory original position, so if your block lift changed that then the kit will not work.
If you will be adding the B&W gooseneck hitch # BWGNRK1108, then the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Ultimate Air Helper Springs with Internal Jounce Bumpers - Rear Axle # AL88291 is the much better option that won't require any spacers if the block lift is under the leaf spring stack because this will mount to the top of that stack.
