What is the diameter of the hole in this block? Replacement Spacer Block for Trailer Hitches - 3inch Long x 1-1/2inch Wide x 3/8inch Thick Item # 01077-011 I intend to put a 3/8inch diameter bolt through it if it fits.

The Replacement Spacer Block for Trailer Hitches - 3" Long x 1-1/2" Wide x 3/8" Thick # 01077-011 has a hole diameter of 0.531 inches. You will have no problem with the 3/8 inch bolt.
