Where can I get instructions for installing the replacement straps for the Thule T3 Cradle.

Installation of the T3 cradle replacement strap is pretty straight forward. You will need to remove the end cap from the end of the bike support arm, a Phillips screw typically holds the cap in place.

Next use a small amount of soap and water to help the cradles, # 853-5829, slide off easily. Once you have the cradles off installation is just the reverse, orient the strap, cradle and anti sway bracket, if needed, together and then slide them on to the correct position.

If the cap at the end of the bike rack arm has a rivet instead of a screw to hold it on (check on the bottom of the arm) then you will not be able to remove it. But what you can do to get strap #753-3535 installed is essentially stretch it out enough…
