Leaf Spring and Hanger Kit Recommendation for Tandem Trailer with 5k Axles
Question:
I have one of my leaf springs on work bench. It has four leafs, measures 23 1/2 center to center and 3inch from center of holes to mount. Tatum axle 5000 Lb each. Hangers measure 27 1/2inch between centers 3 each side. Center hanger has equalizer. Looking to replace all components. Can not find 23 1/2inch spring for 5000 lb axle. Please help.

Since you are looking to replace everything best thing is to go with a properly rated 5,000 lb per axle leaf spring like you need and then build the parts you need from there.
So for a 5k rating 4-leaf spring we have the part # e28SR which is 25-1/4 inches long. This is a very common length. Then for a kit that includes new hangers, shackles, and equalizers we have the tandem suspension kit part # APT3 which would work well.
