Came with all the hardware and I installed it in about 10-15 minutes. Torque specs were included with directions as well. A great purchase, Im very happy. Thank you!
I was disappointed that the hitch came slightly bent. I had to use a bottle jack to widen the bolt holes by 1/2-3/4'' in order to bolt the hitch to my car. otherwise it works fine for my 2005 Toyota highlander.

It sounds like that your hitch receiver was a bit flexed. We see this happen from time to time with hitches in general. You found a solution that worked for you and we offer a FAQ with similar suggestions.

Installed it myself with no help. And I’m mechanically a dodo so if you’re hesitant to install it yourself, don’t be. I used my toddler’s chair to let the muffler portion of the hitch rest so it’s elevated while I screw (sounds dirty I know) on the drivers side of my 2008 Lexus RX350. You just gotta make sure you have the right tools. Watching the video really helped. Don’t forget to torque each bolt to XXlbs/ft. Only “issue” was when it was delivered, part of the hitch went through the box and it chipped some paint off. I was given back $15 credit to buy a touch up rust protection paint on [online].
This hitch went on exactly as shown in the video specifically for my car. I’ve been using it with absolutely no trouble and it’s hardly noticeable. The eTrailer team and the receiver far exceeded my expectations! I’d had reservations about lower fuel economy, appearance, difficulty and expense. However my brother’s great experience with eTrailers for one of his vehicles encouraged me and I’m very glad I did. My experience was great as well. My fuel economy has decreased less than one percent, the appearance is unobtrusive and the price was very reasonable. As to the difficulty, my wonderful brother put it on using two floor jacks and made it look easy. He said it was exactly right for my car’s bolt spacing.

Worked great to tow a Uhaul 4’x8’ trailer with my compact SUV — great service and quality from etrailer. Had it installed by my mechanic to ensure the additional electrical wiring was done properly (ordered that separately).
Arrived early, the wife slid under our highlander and bolted it right up. Took about half an hour from unpacking to finish:) 100% satisfied customers

If anyone has a doubt about etrailer and has to read more than 1 or 2 reviews are wasting their time because from my experience with doing business with etrailer you would be a fool to go elsewhere. They stand by their products & are willing to go the extra mile for their customers. And these days a company with that kind of service is next to impossible to find in a world of greedy companies who take advantage of consumers to make more profits. After a year, the hitch is still working fine for pulling our large trailer. And it looks great too!
Worked perfectly for my sons 2005 highlander! Best price I found as well!
Easily installed. Removed the 2 tow brackets and pulled a rubber plug from the third bolt hole and it bolted right in. Took 5 minutes with impact and second guy. It goes around the exhaust bracket and fits nicely
Very well constructed. Design is well thought out and it looks pleasing after install. I was able to get it installed on my Lexus in about 40 minutes. The receiver was thoughtfully packed to avoid scratches in shipment.

By installing this hitch, I was able to utilize my Lexus to make dump runs and trips to the building center, etc, without having to use my big truck. It was a very easy install even for an old man with a bad back!

Product is excellent and works well! Super easy install. Packaging was meh, and the hitch was falling out of the cardboard box when it arrived; it received a few scuffs. Customer service is excellent and missing tracking was promptly sorted and product delivered after a case was opened with UPS.

Yeah, unfortunately that is common with the packaging for hitches because of their weight. You can cover those scuffs with some rust-oleum type of paint. I have a link for your reference.

The trailer hitch was for my wife’s Lexus car. I have to say that it was the easiest hitch that I have ever installed on any of my other cars. I did it by myself and was done in lest than an hour.

Best and easiest hitch I have ever installed on all my other vehicles .
I've had this trailor hitch for near a year now and it's been such a blessing. Arrived quick enough, went on with a little bit of elbow grease but now I'm hauling things everywhere. Just drove 450 miles through the mountains, hauling a couch, piano, and an old desk and still not a single issue with the hitch.

Fantastic. We use this hitch all the time! We attached a trailer with camping gear, for a family of 5 coolers, backpacks, fishing poles, an ATV, etc. with a week’s worth of supplies. It hauls everything flawlessly. We have used it to hook up trailers full of wood & tools. We have never had any issues with this hitch and would highly recommend it.

Shipping was fast. Projected arrival time was Monday but my hitch arrived on the Friday before that Monday.
I put it on the car with the help of my son and it was a breeze. It actually took longer to watch the 'how to install' video than it did to install it. The installed hitch looks great and it is very well made.
Easy to install, heavy duty.this is my 2nd one from etrailer. now I need to find a reduce from 2" to1-1/4" for my bike rack.
A perfect fit which looks like original equipment and easily installed.
