Michael: Hi, there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a quick look at the Seaflo six-inch diameter deck plate. This is a multi-purpose deck plate that's going to allow access for inspections or cleaning of tanks and compartments on your boat. You can see it's very easy to open if you have the finger tabs in the lid there to give us a nice grip.This is a low-profile plate, so when we have it mounted in place, it's only going to stick up about three eighths of an inch, so it's not going to take up much room. Won't be much of a tripping hazard or anything like that.

This is made of an ABS plastic, so it is going to be very durable and resistant. It will resist UV rays and impact. So should hold up for a long time, do a good job for you.You can see it is a white color, so it should match with your boat's color scheme very well. And as I said, this is a six-inch diameter plate. So our inner opening is right there at six inches.

Our overall diameter we're looking at, I would call it closer to seven and three quarters of an inch. And you can see, we do have pre-drilled mounting holes here. Those are separated center to center, right about seven inches.Now, the hardware to get this installed is not included with this, so you will have to provide that on your own, but it does come with a four-year limited warranty. So if you we're to have any problems with it, you could give us a call. We'd be happy to help you out with that.

But I really don't think you're going to have any problems with this. I think it's going to do a good job for you. It's going to provide that opening for your compartments and give you a nice low-profile closure when you don't need to access them.So that's going to complete our look for today.
