what hitch do you recommend for a 2018 equinox with 2.0 turbo engine with 9 speed trans.? I want a class111-2inch type hitch

For your 2018 Chevrolet Equinox I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76419. This is a Class III trailer hitch with a 2" receiver that is compatible with all models excluding Diesel.

The installation of this hitch has been rated as a 4 out of 10 for difficulty so if you are comfortable working on vehicles you should be able to do this fairly easily. I have linked an installation video on a 2018 model as well as the instructions for you to reference.

Yes, the Curt Hitch part #C94WR that you referenced does fit your 2021 Kia Sportage Hybrid model. The correct trailer wiring is the #C59236 you mentioned as well.
