I guess the confusing thing is that mine has a lever to connect it, not a knob to tighten down. Do I just use the internal parts from that kit and my old lever portion? Or do I just convert it to a knob?

The correct replacement latch kit you will want to use on your Dico 60 Hydraulic Actuator is the Latch Repair Kit # T4335800. I have attached an installation video of this kit for you as well.

Actually, since you have the latch and not the hand knob then you are going to want to use the Repair Kit for Leverlock Couplers and Brake Actuators part # T4335800 instead.
