Equa-Flex Cushioned Equalizers # LC279688 do not require maintenance other than to periodically make sure the hardware is tight as it should be. There are no user serviceable parts to maintain on these systems.

Normally if the equalizer is tilted like what you have typically it's because the trailer is not sitting level. The side tilted up is typically pointed down towards the ground. It's hard to see in your picuture but it almost could be the case…
