Could Brophy D-Ring Tie Down Anchor # SR15-C Attach to Wood Floor
Question:
Is the a surface mounted d ring I could mount on a wooden deck of a car hauler trailer to strap a jeep down with? I am wanting to add attachment points to strap it down forward and aft without adding weld on drings and damaging the powder coating.

The Brophy D-Ring Tie Down Anchor # SR15-C that you referenced can attach to wood and can be used to secure a car as it has plenty of capacity at 1,600 lbs. Now whether or not it will work well attached directly to wood is not something I can really say since wood doesn't have the same capacity as metal. You'd have to consider the type and dimensions of the wood your trailer has and how many of these anchors you'd be using.
