Question:
2018 Honda CR-V Hitch. Where can I connect the harness for the trailer lights? Is the car pre-wired for a trailer?

If you have installed a hitch such as the Draw-Tite # 76128 on your 2018 Honda CR-V and still need to connect a 4-way harness, there is a simple plug-in option. The T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118741 is a confirmed fit and will plug into the connection point in your rear cargo area. I have added a photo from the installation instructions showing the connection point and linked both the instructions and an install video for you to take a look at.
Since you are going to be towing, I recommend checking out Ball Mount Kit # 989900, which may fulfill your towing needs in one tidy package; two ball mounts - one with a 3/4” rise or 2” drop and the other with a 2-3/4” rise or 4” drop - a 1-7/8” hitch ball, a 2” hitch ball, and a pin and clip. You can use the link to the help article on ball mounts I've added to determine if this kit will give you the correct amount of drop or rise. I've also attached links to a video review of the ball mount kit and our page with each of our ball mounts.
