What is the measurement from the center of the Gooseneck hole to the front of the rail? I have a tool box that I need to clear on a short bed.

The Curt X5 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter for B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Trailer Hitches - 20,000 lbs # 16310 has a measurement of 14 inches from the front rail edge to the center of the gooseneck. I went to our warehouse to measure it for you. I've attached a photo to assist as well as a few videos.
