what is the measurement from center of the tube to the inside edge of the rails? what is the measurement from the center of the tube to the center of the rails?

From the center of the mounting tube in the middle of the Curt X5 adapter part # 16310 it measures 8 inches to the nearest rail edge and then 11 inches from the center of the adapter to the center of the rail slot. I attached a picture that has all of the other dimensions you asked about on the picture you sent in.
