The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13206 is a custom fit trailer hitch that has been confirmed to fit your 2014 Subaru Outback Wagon. However, I did go out to the warehouse to get the measurements that you asked about for peace of mind.
The bolt holes furthest away from the receiver opening measure 32-1/2" apart on center, and the bolt holes closest to the receiver measure 33-1/4" on center. From the back set of holes to the front set is about 8" on center. I have attached a photo for demonstration.
I have also attached an installation video on a similar 2014 Outback Wagon that you can reference. Please note that although it is a custom fit, access holes may need to be enlarged by drilling, filing, or rotary tool.
If you plan on using this trailer hitch for any non-trailer loads, like a bike rack or cargo carrier, you will need to use a support strap, like part # 18050, to comply with the Curt warranty.
