The # HM43575 would work as a replacement, you would need to unplug your current harness and plug in the Hopkins in the 4-pole connector slot; you can see exactly where in the photo I've provided. I've also attached a link to a video review of this product for you to take a look at.

Hi. Im connecting a 4-pole where a 7-pole was on my 2010 Frontier. After I connect the 4-pole, what should i do with the other plug on the 7-pole? Unplug it, or leave the plug in and cut off the wires so as to protect the plug? Thanks!

I'm not quite sure what you mean by the additional plug on your Frontier. Are you talking about where the 4-Way (and existing 7-Way) plug into the factory wiring?

The Hopkins Plug-In Simple Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package - 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # HM43575 would power all of your trailer's signal lights. However, it is compatible with a 7-way adapter such as # 30717 which you may need depending on your wiring. I have attached a link to a help article on trailer wiring for you to take a look at as well which details the functions of the connectors.
