I just bought a new 2018 3500 Silverado. It has the factory twist lock system in the bed. Do you have an adapter rail so I can still use my old hitch?

The Demco 5th Wheel Rail Adapter # DM6194 is an adapter rated for 21K that changes the factory puck system on a GMC or Chevy so that a 5th wheel hitch that installs on industry standard rails can be used for your towing setup. It will fit and work well with the puck system on your 2018 Chevy Silverado 3500 if it has a short bed.
