Ellen: Hey, everyone. I'm Ellen here etrailer.com. Today, we're taking a quick look at the JR Products RV cap screws with covers. Now, these are going to be handy for just about any job where you need to have a screw with a cap to help hide it and make the overall look pretty appealing at the end or at least clean that up and make it blended with the rest of your surface. It comes with 14 screws and the caps to match. These are going to be in a beige color, as you can see, so it should match a lot of different interiors for RVs.A lot of different trims or to have that same color beige.

The actual head of each of those screws is going to be a Phillips head. Then they measure about an inch long. They're just a woodscrew, so it's about maybe 1/8th" wide at the outside of the threads. It allows you to get whatever you need secured, if that's a trim panel or something like that, or maybe an accessory on the wall of your RV. You can then clean up the look of that screw with placing the cap over the top.There's a little tiny lip on the head of that screw, it might be kind of hard for you guys to see that.

I'm trying to get my camera to focus on it. You can see there's just a little bit of an indention. That's going to match up with the cap itself. There's also a little interior lip there so it's going to catch on that and hold it in place. Whenever you snap that over the top, you have to kind of give it some force.

It's a little hard to do without this actually being mounted on there, but I just want to show you guys what it looks like. It does snap on in place. Then I did get this off just by prying it with my fingernail, but you do have to use a good amount of force. Maybe break a nail in the process, but hopefully not. There we go.

It will pop off pretty easily, so if you ever need to take that screw back out, not too hard to do so.That's pretty much it when it comes to these screws or this hardware kit.
