Recommendation for a 2,000 Pound Capcity or Higher Snap-Ring Swivel Trailer Jack

Question:

I need a tongue jack with at least 2000# of lift, more would be better. My present tongue jack is bolted on to a welded bracket with a bolt hole pattern of 5 1/2 across the top and 4 1/2 vertical. all are center to center. Its a Fulton 1200# swivel jack.

I went out to the warehouse and pulled the 2 jacks that would most likely fit and meet the needs of your application. First, I measured the Pro Series Round, Snap-Ring Swivel Jack, # PS1400300303, that you have referenced. This jack has a bolt hole pattern of 4-1/2 inches vertically and 5-3/8 inches horizontally (the mounting plate can be turned to flip those measurements). This is a 2,000 pound capacity jack with 10 inches of lift.

Next, I measured a higher capacity 5,000 pound jack, the Bulldog Round, Snap-Ring Swivel Jack, # BD171412. The mounting plate bolt holes on this jack are 3 inches on center vertical and horizontal, so it will not fit your existing bolt hole pattern.
