What is the smallest overall tire/wheel combo that will fit on a 5 on 4.5inch trailer hub with no brakes? Looks like the hub is about 6.5.

The smallest wheel diameter we offer that is for hubs that have a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern is 10 inches. The smallest tire size then would be the 205/65-10 that measures 20.5 inches like the part # AM3H490.

For your bolt pattern of 4 on 4 inch the largest wheel and tire size we have is 175/80D13 like the part #AM3S030 which has an overall diameter of 24 inches. This will be right at 6 inches taller than your current tires.
