I have another wheel size that will work, but there are not any hub and drum assemblies for your 3500lb axle that will work with 10" wheels.

For 3500lb axles you need 10" braking assemblies # AKEBRK-35-SA and 10" hub and drum assemblies # AKHD-550-35-EZ-K. The smallest wheels that will fit with these are 13" in diameter, though all of our 13" tires have a load rating under 1750lbs each so you will need to step up to 14" wheels and tires unless you can find a suitable 13" tire.

I recommend the Karrier ST205/75R14 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 14" White Spoke Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 - Load Range D # AM32161 which have a load rating of 2200lbs each so they will have plenty of load rating.

Now these tires will be quite a bit taller than those found on a 10" wheel and measure 8.1" wide x 26.3" tall so you will need to make sure you have enough clearance.

You may need to lift your trailer using the Dexter over-under kit # K71-384-00 to raise the trailer for additional clearance. An over-under kit moves the leaf spring from underneath the axle to on top of the axle which raises the trailer by the diameter of the axle (3500lb axles are 2-38" in diameter) plus the height of the leaf spring stack.

I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
