Where are the Connections Under the Hood of a 2013 GMC Sierra to Complete 7-Way Wiring

Where does the relay need to go to complete the wiring for my truck?

Under the hood of your truck there are a few connections that need to be made near the fuse box in order to complete the 7-way's wiring. This will allow the brake output and 12 volt accessory circuit to be complete.
