Hitch Recommendation for a 1999 Chevy 3500 on a Cab and Chassis Frame

I have a 99 chevy 3500HD cab and chasis with dual tanks and a 34inch frame the broken hitch I need to replace has 3 bolt holes per side and a 9inch cut out for the spring hanger. Will this model work in this application?

The width of the Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part #41947 is 30-1/2" from the outside of each side plate. If you subtract the thickness of the plates you're looking at around 30" from end to end on the crosstube.

The #BWHDRH25122 has 35-5/8 inches between mounting holes like what you see in the picture I attached. Since you need larger than than let me know what vehicle you have and I can see which would be best fit.
