Replacement Trailer Tires for a Coleman Pop-up Camper with 155R13 78S Tires

I have pop up trailer coleman I need tires 2 the number is 155 R13 78S . Wat cane the tire i can use and how much.

A 155-13 is not a common trailer tire size but the 78 makes me think it is a 78-13 which is an older designation and could be either a 175/80-13 or a 185/80-13.
A 175/80-13 is going to be 6.6 inches wide and 24.1 inches tall. By comparison a 185/80-13 is going to be 7.2 inches wide and 24.4 inches tall. Both sizes fit on a 13 inch wheel that is 4-1/2 to 5-1/2 inches wide (inside width where the tire sits, not overall width).
If your wheels are the right size you could mount either size tire to them. I have included links to all the tires we carry in both sizes. Prices vary and will be on each of the pages.
If your wheels are not 4-1/2 to 5-1/2 inches wide then you could replace both the wheels and tires but I would need to know the bolt pattern of the wheels. I have included a link that explains how to measure bolt patterns.
