Your 2003 Sierra should have a factory 7-way connector mounted in the bumper by the license plate. It sounds like you are looking for a 4-way connector for your camper.
I recommend the Hopkins Custom Fit Vehicle Wiring, part # 30955. This plugs into a connector located above the spare tire and the other end mounts at the rear of the truck. This will give you a 4-way connector as well as a 7-way connector at the rear of your Sierra. I have attached a link to an installation video you can take a look at.
When working with electrical connectors I recommend using dielectric grease like part # 11755. This keeps dirt and moisture out of the electrical connections and helps prevent corrosion.
If your camper has a 4-way connector on it, the connector added to the truck will provide the connector you need. If you have a camper that has a different connector let me know what it is and I can make some recommendations that will work for you.
I have attached a helpful article that explains trailer wiring you can check out.
