Troubleshooting Installation of Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness # 56083 on 2012 Lexus RX 350
Question:
2012 350rx awd Installed the hitch no problem. Found the connector for wiring behind drivers side bumper. Removed the cap and plugged in the connector wiring for trailer. There seems to be no power at this connection point. Do I need to install a fuse? Thanks for the help

It sounds to me like your 2012 Lexus RX 350 may not be equipped with an active tow package. The plug may be there but the necessary connections may be missing. I recommend checking with your local Lexus dealer to determine what is needed to activate the towing package.
Another option would be to go with the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness, # 118478. The T-One connector plugs directly into the existing wiring at the back of your taillights. Just make your ground connection, route the power wire, make connection to the battery and you'll have a functional 4-way at the rear of your Lexus.
