Please help me to identify this broken part on my Kwik-slide 16k fifth wheel so that I can order the part.

What you have there looks like a Reese # RP30047, is that correct?
I couldn't determine which part you were needing to replace based on the photo, but if you'll look at the instructions I've linked for you, on the very last page you can see an exploded drawing of the 30047 hitch which shows all of its component parts. If you can identify what piece you need from the drawing, let me know and I'll check with Reese and see if it's available as a replacement part.
