The Draw-Tite Class III hitch # 75120 that you referenced will require two different torque specs for its included installation hardware. On each side of the hitch you will install the two M10 x 1.25 bolts, and one single carriage bolt. At right I have linked the installation instructions for your review and these include the torque specs for each of the fasteners. Any hitch will deliver its rated performance only when installed to the exact specifications laid out by the manufacturer.
Also linked are two helpful articles on hitch installation. Although you may already be past the point of needing them they still offer lots of useful tips for installing a hitch.
Please note that hitch installation hardware is single-use, meaning that if at any time you remove the hitch from the vehicle you will need to replace the hardware before reinstalling it. We offer a replacement hardware kit, part # RHK. To order new hardware simply enter RHK into our search box and then enter the hitch part number and select the manufacturer name from the drop-down menu.
In case you need a ball mount and hitch ball you might consider the complete etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989899 which includes two sizes of hitch ball (1-7/8-inch and 2-inch), two ball mounts and hitch pin and clip.
If you plan to use hitch-mounted accessories like a bike rack or cargo carrier you can use the links provided to see compatible Class III products in each category. I also included a link to an article that will help you select bike or cargo carriers that will provide enough room to clear the back of your Sienna.
