Keystone refused to replace claiming operator error. I’m 63 and the wife is 62. We know a thing or two about using a microwave. Call me dumb because it’s way overpriced and failed after 5 uses. After looking at better quality and much lower price box store microwaves of the same size it was just going to require to many mods to make those work. Here’s to hoping 2024 the thing doesn’t burn my RV to the ground.

Microwave is just what we needed to replace our old one.
This is the same microwave that came with my 2021 Keystone Premier TT, so this purchase was an easy way to replace it after it conked out and it allowed me to reuse the original trim kit.
It's an ok little microwave, but it is not a replacement of what I had that it was advertised as. It's much smaller and less features. I could have went to Walmart about bought one like this for $70.
This was a perfect fit and came so much faster than a local box store. I appreciate the ability to just plug in insert and replace the outer cover.
Purchasing from a box store required reconfiguring our cabinet and much more. It may have cost me less in money, but it would have been more in time and aggravation to go with a box store. So glad I spent my money wisely. Thank you etrailer.

Its been a year since we had to replace our microwave. It has been such a God send to have everything continue to work as expected. This was an investment that will keep on giving.

They kept me well informed of when my microwave would arrive and it was reasonably priced.
The back of my microwave had a big dent on the back of it when I opened the box and because I have already been without a microwave in my fifth wheel I need it now so I pluged it in and it worked so I just kept it, Instead of happening to go through the household of packaging it up delivering it back to you and happened to wait for another damn microwave to be delivered so I just kept it but yes I had a big dent I’ll be sending you pictures of what I got in the mail I was very dissatisfied

Good product. No issues.
One year later and it is still functioning as advertised. I tried to replace my original one with an OEM but go figure, in the description for that unit it states it is not meant for confined areas. This current product has exceeded our expectations.
I live full time in my RV, I recently moved and all of my appliances shorted out. etrailer had the exact same microwave my rig came with and shipped same day I ordered and arrived quickly even with a weekend in there. It was easy to install and I God forbid I have any more appliances go out, I’ll be ordering from them again.

The microwave oven arrived very quickly. Exactly what I ordered. Unit works great. It replaced an old unit that failed. Very happy with experience with etrailer.com.
One year review: Microwave was a great replacement for the original in our 2008 high-wall popup. It hasn't skipped a beat in about 10 trips. The trim kit makes it look so nice! It isn't hard to pop off if you need to get the microwave out for access. Yes, it's a lot more than those cheapies from WM, but if you want garbage and want it to look like garbage, then buy garbage.

Yeah, let's NOT have your RV burn to the ground. I have a good feeling about this Furrion microwave, and have not heard of any fire issues, but keep me updated on how it works for you. If you have pictures, we love to see peoples set up and let me know if you need any kind of help, we will not call you dumb!
